My trip - Copenhagen, Denmark
>> 9/22/2011
Finally I have a computer where I can type a little update. Internet access is very slow, so it won't be a long one.
The journey started last Saterday when we went to Copenhagen. It was really early when we went by train to Schiphol airport. All went well and when we arrived in Copenhagen we treated ourselfs with a big cup of coffee. Then I bought the tickets for the metro and then we went. I thought we had to get off at station 'Frederiksberg' but that was a stop to far and we had a walk back of about 20 minutes, because our ticket was a hour valid and we wanted to see some of the neighbourhood. We found our hotel and the name was Cabinn Express. Really a nice name, but when we arrived the rooms were just like cabinns. It was nice and we loved it. After settling we did some sightseeing in the neighbourhood and yes it began to rain. We went by Tivoli and didn't know if we wanted to go inside. Later we find out on Twitter Josh went to Tivoli. Instead we did a boattrip, it was wet and cold, but we enjoyed it and make a lot of pictures. We also met this girl who gave out free cinema tickets. It was for the next day at 10.15 and we wanted to go, but the story was so sad we decided not to go because it had to be a happy day. It was our first concert of Josh. So Sunday we went into the city to find the venue. We already knew where it was, but it was a bit hard to find it, when we saw the buses we knew we were at the right place. So we waited a while and Andre Manga came outside. I introduced me because I tweeted with him. He is so nice. Later I saw Mark Stephens and said 'hi' to him and we took some pictures. He couldn't stay long because he was late for rehearsal. After that we waited some time and then we saw the bus with Josh appeared. He came to us and said hello and did some signing and went inside. Oooh how great he was looking. Really relaxed. We went to MacDonalds to get something to drink and kill some time. While we were sitting there Darren and Dennis came inside. I tried to make some pics secretly, hahaha didn't work, and they went outside because the line was too long for them. Finally it was time to go to the concert. We had two tickets left and we had to try to sell them. Unfortunatelly it did not succeed. Another Dutch fan was there and we gave one ticket to him (front row, so we made his day :)) and the other one we sold at the last moment. We had to rush inside the building, bought a programme and went inside and then the concert started. We had a great evening singing and clapping and we enjoyed it. We had a lighting heart so they could recognize us. After the show we went outside to try to get a lokk of Josh again and we did, although it was raining he came out and did some signing. Afterwards we went to drink something and went to the hotel. It was late and we had to leave the next day to Bergen.
On Monday we went to the airport. Our friend Danielle was going to meet us there so we could fly together to Bergen. She was already waiting for us at the gate. When we arrived in Bergen/Norway it was raining again. So sad but I immidiately fel in love with the city even with the rain. It was so great to be there. We took the airportbus which brought us to the city. We had to get of at the Fishmarket and we went to find our guesthouse. We found it quick and left the luguage at the room and went outside again to do some exploring. We went to a castle, took some pics in the rain and got a coffee with a little sweet bread and went back to the pubs and at one pub Josh was sitting there. We went nuts, but didn't say anything because he was enjoying himself. We took some food at one of the pubs and saw him passing by a couple of times. It was a great evening.
For now I am going to stop because it is getting very long and I am tired. I hope to tell you soon what happened the next day in Bergen, because that is a memory I really want to share and must not forget. Unfortunately I am not able to upload my pictures. So for now; sleep well :)
He sang "You'r still you" and it's my favorite. I will place the video later.
